1. Guest Count and Age Classification Regulations
Each standard room at BW HOUSE accommodates a maximum of:
- 2 adults and 1-2 children (if applicable, sharing a bed)
1.1 Age Classification:
- Children aged 4/5 to under 12 years old: free of charge (sharing a bed with parents)
- Children aged 12 and above: charged as adults
Applicable Regulations:
- Guests aged 12 and above = 1 adult
- Children sharing a bed may be free of charge according to room standards
- In case the maximum number of guests is exceeded: additional rooms must be booked to ensure quality of stay and overall experience
Please notify BW HOUSE in advance if the number of guests exceeds the regulations so that we can provide appropriate solutions.
1.2 Age Requirements for Check-in
- Guests aged 18 and above can check in independently.
- Guests under 18 years old require the information and consent of a legal guardian to ensure smooth check-in.
1.3 Required Documents

2. Check-in, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
- In case customers need to change their schedule or check out early, please inform BW HOUSE in advance so we can provide the best support.
- Customers have the right to check room information before confirming their reservation.
2.1 Refund Policy
- If notified at least 48 hours before check-out: BW HOUSE will refund any unused nights.
- If notified at least 24 hours in advance: BW HOUSE will charge 100% of the check-out night fee; any remaining unused nights will be refunded.
- If notified on the day of check-out: BW HOUSE will charge 100% of the check-out night fee and the following night; any remaining nights (if any) will be refunded.
Note
This policy is applied to ensure smooth operation and room arrangements for other guests.
Refunds (if any) will be processed through the original payment method or as agreed upon by both parties.
Refund processing time is within 24 hours of confirmation of the refund request.
3. Service Standards and Fee Schedule
3.1 BW HOUSE provides accommodation services according to the standards published on the website, including:

3.2 Service fees are publicly listed on the website and may change depending on:
- Holidays
- Promotional programs
- Actual room availability
- Any additional costs (if any) will be notified to customers in advance.
4. Obligations of BW HOUSE and customers
4.1 Obligations of BW HOUSE
- Providing services as advertised
- Ensuring the quality of rooms and accompanying amenities
- Supporting customers during the use of services
- Providing invoices and documents as required if requested by the customer
4.2 Obligations of customers
- Providing accurate information when booking rooms
- Making full and timely payments
- Complying with the regulations of the accommodation facility
- Compensating for any damage caused to property
