Customers select rooms and submit booking requests via the form on the website or Facebook page.<\/span> 2. BW HOUSE confirms room availability.<\/span> 3. Customers make payment (if a deposit is required).<\/span> 4. Booking confirmation is successful.<\/span> 5. Customers check in at the establishment.<\/span><\/p>Service fees are publicly listed on the website and may change dependi on the time (holidays, Tet, etc., or promotional programs). Any additional costs (if any) will be notified to customers in advance.<\/span><\/p>1.1. Check-in and Check-out Times<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li>Check-in time: from 14:00<\/span><\/li><li>Check-out time: 12:00<\/span><\/li><\/ul>1.2. Late Check-out Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li>Customers are kindly requested to inform BW HOUSE in advance if they require a late check-out so that arrangements can be made.<\/span><\/li><li>Late check-out is supported up to a maximum of 30 minutes (until 12:30) without extra charge.<\/span><\/li><li>After this time, BW HOUSE will not support late check-out to ensure proper preparation.
